We run a one-page website that tells you whether mortgage rates went up, down, or sideways this week. We don't sell your data. We don't run a newsletter. We don't have an account system. We do show ads, and ad partners use cookies. Details below.

Information we collect

We don't ask you for your name, email, or anything else. We don't run analytics that personally identify you. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) may be temporarily retained by our hosting provider for security and abuse prevention.

This site displays ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Third-party data sources

Mortgage rate data comes from the Freddie Mac Primary Mortgage Market Survey (PMMS), a public data source. We don't receive personal data from Freddie Mac.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect any information from them.

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
